I wish I could give zero stars. One of the guys told me that business was slow and would be done fixing my 2 items in a day or two. After 2 days I called, and they pushed me off another 2 days. 6 business days later, they then called with a outrageous estimate on one of them and they still hadn't even looked at the other one! I told them forget fixing it and I'll just pick it up. Then they told me that they charge a $35 estimate charge for each item. They NEVER told me in advance about this whopping charge. When I picked my items up, I looked everywhere and they have nothing posted anywhere about this expensive charge. Then they wouldn't even give me my equipment back unless I paid cash because they thought I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. So I paid, $74 with tax CASH to get back my still BROKEN weed eaters. A $35 estimate on small equipment is ridiculous! People charge this much for a vehicle estimate. I think their estimate charge is so high so people will just give in to their expensive repair charges as to not waste money leaving with broken equipment. This is shady company who takes advantage of people... DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!!!!

They are very nice to people when you go in there, even as a lady they treated me very well. I will go back to them.
