This was the worst experience ever with a health care provider. They shouldn't even be classified as such. The staff is rude and uncaring. My disabled husband was very upset about their treatment of him. To top of it off, billing is a joke. They TWICE mistyped the insurance member ID and because of that they couldn't collect from our insurance company. It's not like they were working from handwritten records. They have a COPY of their insurance card. Anyhow, in both cases they sent us grossly inflated bills (nearly $600 for general bloodwork!) billed as "Private Insurance". We have only been there TWICE. We corrected last time's billing mistake, and yet the next month the same problem. We called the insurance up and said "NEVER AGAIN. We would much rather be changing health care providers than returning to that place."
