I've made several calls to set up a 1st time appointment, I always get voicemail, and never a call back!! I'm bipolar, and have chronic depression.. I need to get back on My meds, since I recently moved to this area.. Having a hard time, yet I feel like They DONT CARE!!!

This place has totally gone down hill in the past 6 or 7 months. For whatever reason the whole staff has been replaced. It used to be a warm, caring office where I got the help I need and felt like they genuinely cared about me. Now it is a very cold environment. The staff only seems to care about making money. No one seems to know what's going on nor do they seem to care.
