Always had a good meal, prices are high but I am willing to pay if the food stays top notch.

I am amazed that this place is still in business. No standards and horrible food quality. I have been to The Pour House many times over the years and the mediocre food just gets worse. I had the worst experience to date most recently and I will not be returning. I ordered a burger cooked medium and I received a rare (bleeding) burger. Sent it back and what came back to me was a disgusting charred burger with chunks of black crusty pieces that was not edible. Just ridiculous that a "sports" type bar cannot even produce a top notch burger. Horrible. Service has never been good.
