This is about the drive Mike..So I was looking forward to spending the evening with some friends, just getting into some good conversation and I get the call from my son... car won't start and its at Bettenhausen rec center .. Lovely. So I head over there, yep, sounds like it needs a starter. I run home, call AAA and while I am on the line, the tow truck driver is calling me. Cool, good service. I told him I would be back by the car in three minutes, so I will see you there (figuring this will take awhile) I leave the house, show up at the rec center and he is already there. - WOW - really cool now. Then I realize I had a jackass moment and left the keys to the car at home, I tell the driver and he's like, no worries, it happens. I hustle home and back and hand him the keys to put the car in neutral and the damn thing started for him WTH!!! really?? I felt bad that he made a dry run and Im all apologetic. He said, "don't worry about it, I will call it in and cancel it. Then he asked, "where are you going"? I told him home and he said - I will follow you to make sure there are no problems, Who does this?? IN A WORLD OF SO MUCH COMPETITION WITH BUSINESS, IT ALL COMES DOWN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE - IT IS REFRESHING TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY AND AN INDIVIDUAL THAT REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEGEND TOWING IF ANYONE NEEDS ASSISTANCE, THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE! Thanks Mike ! Your are a Class Act.
