very dishonest and unprofesional owners and management,kitchen design knowledge is a joke,customer service is very poor.Management was very rude and not very helpful, my kitchen took 5 months to complete only after i went elsewere to finish the job.I was very unhappy with the whole Home Building Supply experience and would not recomend them to my worst enemey. The store was very good 8-10 years ago, i dont know what happened, new owners? I think so.

I received the wrong cabinets after signing off on the design that I choose. The cabinet installer had issues installing the cabinets with the design, the measurements were way off. I have two cabinet doors that continuely fall off the hinges, and have to wait weeks for someone to come out and fix it. Horrible customer service. I think they all have drinking problems.
