Terrible experience!!!!!!! I try to support young black women especially when they are talented. Joi was running unapologetically behind 45 mins. There were 3 sisters there when I went. No one was pleasant nor spoke when we arrived. One of the sisters, I thought, was an assistant. She was the worst and had the worst attitude!!!! She was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. You have to bring your own hair and I was directed to get my leftover hair off the floor when the “assistant” finished braiding the ends of my hair. They had their children there (which was understandable) but the kids were cursed at by each of the sisters at least once in front of the entire salon. Talented ladies, but terrible customer service skills which is unfortunate. I’d prefer not to pay to be treated poorly regardless of talent. I left shaking my head and praying God opens there eyes sooner than late. It’s a shame they have such poor attitudes.
