Provided by YP.comDON'T LEAVE THE SLIGHTEST DETAIL UNDEFINED ON MEAT CUTTING. I GAVE THEM 210 POUNDS OF PERFECT, FRESH ELK & ASKED FOR A LITTLE BIT OF ALL THE NORMAL CUTS. I GOT SEVENTY POUNDS OF HAMBURG !!!!!! & FIFTY POUNDS OF VARIOUS CUTS. ENOUGH HAMBURG FOR A LIFETIME!!
