Excellent service when you need it the most: far from home, on the road, on Saturday, when having unexpected problem. It was the only shop I found open in Tillamook; line of customers was sorted swiftly (all of them were leaving looking happy). My car was taken for inspection sooner than I expected; and Brent definitely made some extra steps to take care of my problem. Everything was fixed, and it was done with full attention, and with very professional and friendly attitude. It was a very positive experience; I highly recommend this place. Les Schwab one more time confirmed its excellent business culture. Thank you very much!
