Bridgeport Family Dental is the best dental office I have ever been too! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Not only is this a beautiful facility, but It is clean and welcoming. The Dentist and dedicated staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I am very happy I found this dental practice, and cannot imagine going elsewhere. I highly recommend Bridgeport Family Dental for all your dental needs.

Dr. Johnson is an outstanding Dentist! I have been seeing her for 2+ years and she and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and focused on providing wonderful customer service. The office and equipment are top of the line and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson - in fact, our entire family sees her and I would suggest you give the Bridgeport Family Dental team a call for your next visit.

This is a dental office unlike the other big places. Here I get the personal touch I am looking for with attention to all my needs. Dr. Johnson takes the time to discuss my needs, makes recommendations for treatment then we discuss and agree on what will be happening, given my personal needs and insurance options. When I go in for cleanings Jacque takes the time to do the job right the first time and not cut out any procedures because the time is running out. Jacque, Dr. Johnson and I discuss what was discovered and the best way to proceed with treatment. The support staff and everyone I meet there are very attentive to my needs, Geogianne offers me beverages and Joanne sets me up to watch a movie while getting work done on my teeth. This office is on schedule so when you make an appointment you will be seen on time unless there was an emergency ahead of you. If I was the one with an emergency I sure would hope to be able to been seen ASAP, wouldn't you? They have a really nice camera they use to show me what they are talking about with issues on my teeth. I can actually see the chip or discoloring of my teeth on the TV monitor to understand the problems I am having. Geogianne at the front desk takes care of all my paperwork, helps with my insurance needs and works to minimize the amount of paperwork I have to fill out. She schedules appointments around my needs as best she can which helps with my busy schedule. This office is NOT the in & out factory place that I have been to before where you only get 40 minutes to have 60 minutes of work done. With that kind of schedule something gets left off the "must do list" and you have to come back again. I don't have to deal with company policies, quotas and politics that determine what my treatment will be, who I get to see or how much work can be done during my visit. If you are not happy with your visit nobody cares or does anything to make it better, they have many more patients to get into the chair. If you are fed up and tired of being treated at the in & out, big company place then this is the place to go?
