I bought a gun from them at a gun show 2 weeks ago and was looking for a 20 gauge Savage shotgun. My husband looked and picked this gun out that Zeller Armory had . we went thru the whole deal,paid and left and I was under the assumption that I bought a 20 gauge even though I did not look at the barrel of the gun. We spoke with them and I told them I wanted a 20 gauge. Found out its a 12 gauge and I wanted to return it in exchange for a 20 gauge. I never even shot the gun, its brand new in the box. They are the most rude people to do business with . They would do no exchange and would charge me more money if I wanted a 20 gauge but they did not even offer to get me a 20 gauge. I find them to be a very unethical store to deal with and I surely would never give them any more of my hard earned money. I am very new to hunting, a woman and really needed some help but not from this store. So I would steer clear of them. They get zero ratings from me....
