Crews were generally respectful, but quality of the work turned out to be inferior when it came to the cleanup, as failure the mold abatement testing illustrates, which kept us out of our house for an additional 2 weeks which our insurance would NOT pay for. Their crews also did not wear any protective equipment when removing water damaged and moldy plaster walls. Their bid included removal of a water damaged hardwood floor, which they started. When they discovered the job was more difficult than they anticipated, saying nothing to us, they sent that portion of the money back to the insurance company, leaving us to scramble to find a flooring contractor that could remove the floor before our contractor could start. This set us back another week in a house with no running water or bathrooms. Karma came back to haunt them when our insurance required that they pay for the additional testing necessitated by their poor work. Just wished we could have the extra month that their poor work cost us.
