Thornwood Office Essentials is one of the few remaining family run businesses that really cares about its customers. Bob remembered my son's name the second time we entered his store and asks about him any time he sees me. The store may not look organized, but Bob knows every piece of merchandise he has, and can locate it within a few seconds. The most noteworthy thing of all is that, whenever I can't find something in Staples, Thornwood Office Essentials has it. I always wish that I had tried there first. I thought of writing this review because I looked for a form in Staples tonight and they don't carry it anymore. I am almost certain that I will find it at Thornwood Office Essentials tomorrow, but if they don't have it, I'm sure that Bob will tell me where I can find it, or else he will order it for me. That's the kind of service you will find there. Pay Bob a visit, you won't be sorry.
