This place is a terrible collection agency. They try collecting the money as if they are the ones that did the services themselves. The employee there do not know what anyones circumstances are and should never judge or tell you that you should have just payed your bill. They can not tell the truth if their life depends on it. I was told that if I would pay a certain amount that it would keep from going to the credit beauru, so I paid it and set up a payment plan with them, well doing that did NOT keep it from reporting on my credit.
