We had a new septic tank put in 22 months ago and had been told we should pump every 3 years. After 22 months water started backing up out of the basement shower on a Sunday morning. We called 2 companies our neighbors use and didn't get a call back for several hours. We tried Manny next and he picked up right away and was at our house in 1 hour. Manny clearly knows his business and had us pumped and the backup cleared very quickly. He gave us tips on the system and showed us how the system should look when it is operating properly. All around, Manny was great, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quick.

We've used Manny twice now for pumping our septic and he is prompt, very nice, and great prices! Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Manny's for 9 years and have experienced only the best service imaginable. Manny takes his trade very seriously by being knowledgeable and conscientious. He also shows care for his customers by being very cost conscious, available and honest. I heartily recommend Manny with absolutely no reservations!

We have used Manny's Septic Service almost 3 1/2 years. They have been the most reliable, reasonable, professional, clean and kind septic company we have ever used in the 25 years of having septic!! A few years ago, 1 o'clock in the afternoon On Christmas Eve our septic was full... we had a very sick special needs baby with 24 hour nursing. We called our previous company who we were clients for several years (and they promised 365 emergeancy servies), they could not come for 3 days we spent 3 hours calling every big name in the phone book ..we then called Manny's number. The owner instantly put his dinner on hold and came out! We call him our Christmas Angel!! Since then he not only checked on us and our septic but help to fix the problems we had for years. We can't thank Manny and his team enough!!! They are wonderful!!!

I've been dealing with septic services and plumbers for years and I have to say Manny was the most professional, hardest working reasonable people I've ever encountered. I instantly felt like I could trust him and really was comfortable believing what he was telling me. He initially charged me $1200 to find a Hidden septic tank which he thought was going to be 2 hours, instead it took 2 days and after thinking he was going to up charge me for all the excess work he stood true to his word and his price. I gave him an extra $300 cause I was so happy with his services. Seriously couldn't say enough about the guy. Hire him! You won't ever call another septic service again.

Having to call Manny Septic Services after Valley Proteins was not doing their job by cleaning out our Grease Trap. Valley Proteins was telling us that our Grease Trap was one size when in reality it was half the size they stated. They have not actually cleaned the Grease Trap or completely emptying it when they came to empty the Grease Trap but was charging us anyway. After having Manny Septic Clean or Grease Trap we have passed every inspection so far. I will not go back to Valley Proteins.

I called multiple septic cleaning companies and Manny's was the most reasonable and had the best reviews! Manny answered the phone himself, he had the office calls forwarded to his cell number and he had an opening that day! So very prompt. My neighbor also had him clean out for them since he was here. Great personality too!

I just called Manny's Septic Service for the fist time and he immediately came over under pouring rain and I couldn't be happier. They are prompt, thorough and quick. Manny and his team provided friendly and efficient service and were flexible to my schedule. Manny truly has the customer's best interest in mind. He looks for the most cost effective solution instead of trying to make a quick buck in a desperate situation. I had practically the same situation as the guy in the previous review, and got the same result. Saved me thousands and didn't try to bump up a job to get more money for himself. I do not personally know Manny, or have anything to gain from this review. He's an honest and dependable person.

I had an emergency sewage problem and manny was out to my house in an hour! He was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. He worked with my budget and fixed my problem late on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend manny to everyone I know! I can't thank him enough!

Manny did a great job and possibley saved me thousands of dollars. I had a plumber tell me that I had a cracked pipe and would need to dig up the front yard and spend thousands after trying to snake it in less than half an hour. Manny came out to clean up the mess the back-up made and said he would check things out. After 3 hours he cleaned up everything and cleared the clog. Looks like I don't have a cracked pipe. Even if i end up down the road having to replace any pipe, the amount of time and investigative work Manny did was worth what he charged me. Thanks Manny!.
