I booked my appointment well in advance a month early for my daughter's first holy communion for her updo. I was there 5 minutes and waited 40 minutes before they even started my daughter's hair. I was very anxious and irritated and worried about being set back in my day considering I had to go back home and finish getting ready and prepare for a party. I explained this to the receptionist and she just nodded her head. When I was with the hair stylist I explained my frustration she didn't even acknowledge that I said anything!! I will never be going back there again!! The owner Joe even offered me half off a future service. I wouldn't trust them to do my hair even for half off!!
