Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT trust this man with your home or business. I dealt with him not having done enough research, and man do I regret that. After giving him several thousands down, which I learned is a giant red flag, it took him over three weeks just to replace my package unit! All I got were lies and excuses, and now I know from my personal experience and having talked to several people in the industry, all he is is a giant con man!!
I am writing this to protect whoever reads this...shop around!!! The brand name matters that you buy, the installation is just as critical, and trusting the person or company should trump everything else.
This man will ask you for money down, it will be spent on anything but the unit, he will lie to you, and he is known as the short cutter in Thomasville. He is being sued left and right, but I chose not to go in that direction.
