My grandmother has gotten a hospital bed from them, (and not informed properly of what she would have to pay until after she received it) and since then it has broken more than once. After the first time it was fixed with a second hand part, which proceeded to break again. It has been a month and half since they were informed it was broken and it still has not been fixed yet. Not the best service!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure doing business with.
