I can always get in with about 15 min notice and Dr. Masa always makes time to listen. He really cares from the heart.

Theodosia Family Medical Clinic is awesome with the staff and Dr. Masa. He explains the procedures and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. He was also good to my two children.

Very satisfied with my visit. Received a comprehensive exam and treatment.

By far Dr. Masa is one of the most caring MD's in MO. He truly cares about patient well being. I am beyond pleased with the outcome of my visit and physical. I definitely recommend Dr. Masa to everyone who truly needs a great doctor and someone who can truly listen to you and your needs. It takes a patient and a great doctor to accomplish this.

I have only heard great things about Dr. Masa and he really does measure up to every great thing and more. My sister has seen him for both her pregnancies and loves him. He is professional and he is a genuinely caring physician. My own experience with him managing my blood pressure has been awesome.

I am traveling from Colorado and ended up at Theodosia clinic to have stitches. I can't say enough how thankful I am for the kind care I was given. Dr. Masa was excellent with top notch bedside manner. We are full-time campers and I can only pray for this type of care in other parts of the country. Again, thanks to the clinic in the middle of no where.

Staff is really really nice. The waiting area is very open and spacious with lots of seating. Got seen by Dr. Masa for less than 5 mins (only came in to get a referral) but he was super friendly and chill. Minus one star only because parking is limited.

I was having severe chest pains but Dr. Masa stayed after hours and got an EKG for me. I ended up needing an ambulance to the ER but he made sure the docs over at the hospital go all my info. I would have died if he didn't stabilize me.

I went to see him accidentally. I needed a refill of my asthma medication near my work, he gave me a check up and told me that he has good news and some bad news, good news is that you don't have asthma, bad news is that you have issues with your heart and he did an EKG, and sent me to an outstanding Cardiologist, previously another doctor has diagnosed me with asthma. When I went in for an issue with blank outs, he sent me to a great Neurologist (happens to be good friends with the Cardiologist), he has great connections, and he is good at what he does, if I didn't see him and listened to the other doctor, I dont know what would have happened.

Do yourself a favor and let Dr. Masa take a look at your issue first. He's very thorough and you will feel like you're issue is being given it's proper due attention and treatment. Also, one thing, I've never had a doc listen to my issues past the 1st condition that I bring up ... usually, I will get ... "ok, no problem, please call in and make an appointment for that 2nd issue. Doc & staff actually encourage you to discuss any and all conditions that you may have and he will address them -- not only that, you can come in or call in up to 2 weeks for ANY condition you may have. It's crazy how the insurance system has medical treatment tweaked the way it is -- but doc has not been affected.

I could give 100 stars to Dr. Masa and his team I would. Let's start with the doctor. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he listened and answered all of my questions. His team is really great. Suzanne is really nice and fast, she takes care of everything right away. Dawn is a sweetheart and she's very caring and responsible. The rest of his team Lisa and Mandy, they all are very helpful and nice. The waiting was short and I had a great experience during and after my visit. I called a few times after my visit and Mandy took care of all of my requests right away. Even Dr. Masa who is way too busy took his time to call me himself and answered my questions. I am very glad I found this doctor in this remote place!

This was a hospital follow up. Dr. Masa immediately made me feel comfortable, relaxed and in very good hands. He answered all of my questions, making sure I understood each one. He didn't rush through the appointment time and listened to every concern I had. I am absolutely delighted that he was my first contact after just getting out of the hospital. Your practice is lucky to have him on staff. He's great!!

He was amazing with me! He listened, examined, and knew right away what was wrong with me, confirming what I thought. His bedside manner was excellent and he answered all of my questions even after hours.
