My 93 and 91 year old parents had a toilet valve that needed to be replace. The plumber did not show up until around 6:00 pm. He told my parents that he could not repair it because the city water valve would not shut off. He told them to call the city water dept. Charged then $110 for a service call. I went to the street the next day and was able to easily shut off the valve. I felt like he was taking advantage of old people. Would not use again.
