Not impressed.I took my pocket watch there for an overhaul and a spring change.He was going on Vacation and was not sure if he would finish it that week.He did not and i was good with that.After 3 weeks i emailed to ask when it would be done.At the end of the week i was told..After 5 weeks i emailed again.At the end of the week i was told. 6 weeks they had my watch,and the day i picked it up it stopped 3 times on me which was two days ago.I would not recommend them for watch repair and i was not happy with the communication about the repair.So now i have a pocket watch that does not work right.

Your manager has a vast knowledge of Tanzanite & I can't wait until our Anniv. in September so my husband can go back in for her assistance. Thanks to her I know formally have a new place to call my jeweler.

Thanks to the sales girl and jeweler that redid my ring for me. New prongs cost half of what I was quoted down the street. Will recommend

Went in for a watch battery and a ring sizing. Not used to having it done while I waited for less money than expected. Will be back when we get back from Michigan.

I had my earrings reposted and my wedding ring repronged and I have to say, I was impressed. I didn't want to be without my wedding ring set for long and they had it ready for me asap. The finished products were great and the price was reasonable.
