Do NOT use Grande! Their customer service technology is still in the DARK AGES! I’m a long time Grande customer.



Grande expects me to use TWO different User Id's. Sometimes I need VOLKING and other times it's FVOLKING.

Both ID's have different passwords! One connects to my bill. The other logs me onto their internet TV portal. "sometimes" one ID works with services



like CNN.GO and HBO.GO but more often than not, I get "There was a problem retrieving your customer details from your provider, please try again



later." Plus, for some Grande things

I'm REQUIRED to use Grande's email server, like Volking@Mygrande.net ... I don't want another email address! Do you want In-Your-Face-PROOF? see-

I live in a senior retirement community that prohibits satellite dishes, otherwise I'd have switched to Direct TV or Dish a LONG time ago. Frederick
