I've gone there for my hair cuts for 15 years and they do a very good job. My last perm there was 10 years ago, and it turned out a little curlier than I wanted but it was ok.



Since I know my hair takes to curl easily I explained to her and asked if she'd check my hair after 20 mins. She did after 25 mins. and said it's not curled yet.



Well, after 30 minutes she took the curlers out and I freaked out. It was so curly I almost cried. She cut off an extra two inches, to cut the extra curl off. Instead of the length of my hair being 4 to 5 inches long it ended up 2 inches long with curly curls!



Oh, yes, she charged me for my perm, plus shampoo and cut...$70!! A good lesson for me as I'll never go back, not even for a cut! Hope it works out better for you.



My next step is to go to Sally Beauty Supplies, buy a perm, comb it through and wait!!!



The worst part about this whole mess, besides my hair, was that she started talking, in her native language, to the other person working there. How Rude!!
