I finally decided to write this review because I've been disappointed quite a few times by the way the ladies at the front desk treated me. The vet is very nice and always treated my dog with love and knowledge. But the ladies at front desk are unprofessional and sometimes quite rude. Evey time I call I get different answers and I realised that they don't even care or take the time to listen to my questions or concerns. Furthermore they showed lack of knowledge a few times I called and when I kept trying to clarify what one of them was telling me her answer was"I'm putting you on the dr call list and she'll call you" and hung up on me. She did not say anything just hung up on me. One time I went there with my dog, yes without an appointment, because when I got home his eyes looked painfully irritated and full of mucus so I took him with me just to be turned away, them telling me to go to the ER when they did not even try to get the doctor and ask her if she could help me. Disappointed by such treatment! I thought others should know especially their employer
