When I called Pizza Hut in Texas City to make a delivery order, I reached a call center. The representative sounded monotone like a robot. That was frustrating enough because it was hard to understand him. What really upset me was while I was making my order he started talking fast. I guess he was in a hurry. He offered crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese but DID NOT tell me there was an extra charge for them. They've always been complimentary with your order. The whole process was ridiculous!!
