THE ABSOLUTE WORST BRAIDS AND BEHAVIOR

My daughter who is 16 and works everyday after school saved her money to get twists. She paid $190.00 She was told not to get the larger twists because they would only last for 2 weeks so she got the smaller ones. It has now been 4 days and they have started to unravel. She called the shop and spoke with someone who stated that she should come in on Monday and they would fix them. When she got there she was told it would be $100.00 to fix. They argued with her then with me and then agreed to fix the loose ones. I stated to her that they all are loose and unraveling. Then Miriam went back to arguing with me. All of this to say DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I have never seen such UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and lack of customer service skills. I WILL NEVER PATRON THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND WILL DUE MY BEST TO DETOUR OTHERS.

Several times I have called to make an appointment only to get there and they have 5 people at the same time. I was the second person there, came before time, made arrangements for my son and was told to chime back next week or during the week. I work during the week and next Saturday would be the same crap... overbooked! Howa is very rude.

THIS IS THE WORST BRAIDING SHOP IN TEXAS! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT GO TO THIS BRAIDING SHOP. I PAID $200 TO GET MY HAIR BRAIDED AND THEY BRAIDED THE FRONT OF MY HAIR SMALL AND THE OWNER BRAIDED THE BACK OF MY HAIR IN VERY LARGER SECTIONS IT LOOKS REDICULOUS IN THE BACK. LADIES THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! NOBODY WARNED ME SO I AM WARNING ALL OF YOU. DO NOT LET THESE LADIES BRAID YOUR HAIR
