STAY AWAY! If I could give this a negative rating I would. I have never had a worse experience in buying a vehicle, or with a mechanic. My wife, who knows how to put oil in a car and how to put gas in a car, would be a better mechanic than the guys working here. They don't even know how to put collant in a vehicle. i was told that fluids would be topped off before I picked up the truck. Nope. I didn't even pull out of the parking lot and the low coolant light came on. I should have returned to the truck then. I ended up returning it 4 days later to have some things to be fixed that should have been caught had a safety inspection been done. Again, I opened the hood and asked my wife to look and asked what she saw,I did not tell her what to look for and she saw all the items immediately,without her glasses on. And this is just the beginning. I don't have enough space to tell the whole story, but it is out of a very bad movie. I don't even believe the things the have done and I have lived it. The owners are rude and not helpful. One of the owners slammed the door in my face when I went to complain and the other made an appointment with me for the next day to talk and look at another vehicle and he did not show up. This place is so unprofessional and rude! STAY AWAY! THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! DON'T MAKE IT YOURS TOO!

I recently had a bad experience with them! They are really nice when you buy the car, but when you need their services, that's when it starts to get pretty bad. I bought a car there and less that 60 days, the transmission failed. I was lucky I bought a warranty there that covers the engine and transmission, so I brought the car back there to be fixed. They said they were going to loan me a car the day my car was towed there, and then the car was not available and they told me to call the next day. Then I called and they said the car was still not available. Today is the Fifth day I have been calling there and they said that they can't loan me a car. I asked when will it take for my car to be fixed and I can never find out what's going one as far as how long will they have my car and when will it be ready. My car has been there for a whole week, I can't find a ride to work tomorrow and I'm just so frustrated with these people! I wish I never bought a car there!

Found a good car, but once the check was cashed service went downhill. These guys are kind of iffy - I have an intermediate level of automotive knowledge and knew all about the car I was interested in, so they didn't have a chance to pull anything over on me. However once the check was handed over to them they didn't follow through with anything they said they would do - car wasn't vacuumed (covered in dog hair), spare tire and underneath never sprayed (covered in mud), poor communication with car being dropped off, and took forever to get the title from them. Know your stuff and make them do everything before you hand them the check.
