I am happy that I was referred to Dr Lala for my child's orthodontic needs. Dr LALA has been just wonderful. We have found him to he very well informed and knowledgeable. He is passionate about his work. Staff is highly motivated and friendly. Lot of transparency in billing! Keep it up!!

I do not reccomend this practice to anyone! My 2 daughters, and myself, were all patients here. The doctor and the staff are so rude, except for "Diane", that I left before my orthodontic work was complete. New orthodontists come & go constantly. Scheduling appoints is a problem. Signs are posted, telling parents not to come down stairs, even though there is a waiting area down there. As an adult, they were very hostile towards me, because I was working a night shift and would not get up, after being asleep a few hours, and be seen during the day. After I explained why I needed an evening appointment, the girls at the desk relayed a message to me from Dr.Metcalf, saying "if I couldn't come in days, then I could wait 8 wks., instead of 4 wks, to be seen". Also, the girls working on the patients, (again, except one named "Diane"), were very mouthy and rough. My dtr. had to endure more pain than me, because of a really rough worker. I WOULD reccomend Dr. Linda Krebbs, in Chelmsford. She's pleasant and gentle and her prices are comperable. Good Luck.
