I appreciate the engineer's spending 1 1/2 hours trouble shooting. They fixed one wiring issue, but wasn't able to fix the major issue that part of the unit is not heated up. It seemed to be a pretty tough issue, experience would have made difference. They said something wrong with the piping and suggested to open some wall to check it out. Luckily that has turned out not needed. I traced the supply pipes and found one section is not getting hot water, so tried to let some water, that turned out having made big difference. Now the part of the unit is slowly heating up. There might be more air inside the pipe. If that part is still not heated up normally I will go back to purge it more. The engineer has also tried to purge the pipes, it seems to be important to purge in a better way. Anyway, I am happy that I eventually have got it to work myself for the most part. It costed me a lot ($450 for the simple wiring correction plus some ineffective trouble shooting).
