I rented a slush machine for a graduation party over 75 ppl at 98 degrees weather. The slush machine never worked. I tried numerous times to contact the company over the weekend but no one called me back. I finally got a hold of the owner about 5 days later. The owner told me I was lying, that the slush machine was working in their office. When I mentioned I would call the bbb to file a complaint he said go ahead they won't do anything anyways. When the men picked up the slush machine it was still water and one of the men told my husband it was just in the shop the weekend before with the same problem. This company is unbelievable and the worse part is that the owner is even worse. I guess they don't care to lose customers they must have enough. I am now fighting the charges through my credit card company. I have a video and documents of our phone calls to this company. I don't get it if you are a party rental place and most parties are on the weekends why aren't you open?
