I'm having a problem with my radio. They took it apart and told me about options. There was no hard sell, and didn't charge me anything for the work they did checking. I'll be back..Thanks

My husband bought me a new stereo with built in GPS and Camera here for my birthday in March 2013. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that works here. They were not pleased with the camera they had in stock and had us come back so they could install the camera that THEY liked! No extra charge either. What an expert job too...You'd never know there was anything additional installed in my car, well, until you put it in reverse that is, that camera has been a God send...My car is a convertible VW Eos and doesn't have the best visibility unless the top is down. That problem is now solved! The touch screen is amazing and so responsive as well as the Garmin GPS. Troy was great showing me how to use the whole system. I recommend these guys highly. I won't be going any where else for my vehicle sound systems!

This place is an awesome one stop shop. I made an appointment next day for a remote start with no probelm. My truck was ready at noon! Are you kidding me?!?! THey were very kind and courteous and very knowledgeable regarding the use and operating of the remote start. I'm sold. I will continue to use these guys. They really know what they're talking about! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for any work on their verhicles...

I've been a loyal customer of Audiowerks for many years now. Like trust, I make people earn my loyalty. Matt Shay, the owner of Audiowerks managed to earn my loyalty through numerous displays of unorthodox technical prowess and an uncanny ability to achieve the seemingly impossible.



My 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix 40th anniversary edition was literally taken apart and rebuilt in order to satisfy my seemingly unrealistic requests and exacting expectations. Anyone who knows the intricacies of integrating modern factory and after market parts and

components knows just how difficult it truly is. Matt makes it seem like mere child’s play!



There aren't enough characters permitted on this review to fully detail just how many modifications and enhancements have been quite expertly done to my car. Can you tell I’m more than pleased? Their prices are extremely reasonable. In fact, I've left feeling guilty on many occasions.



Sales manager Troy Richard is quite adept in his own right. I mean you expect a sales person to sell you whatever you're gullible enough to buy. Not Troy! If you don't need it, he won't try to sell it to you anyway. Instead, he will offer better alternatives that are often far less expensive. Now who the hell does that these days???

You have to be kidding me!!!!! 3 bad reviews and they are almost all on the same day! Give me a break! The same 3 made up names appear on yahoo & google. We never had anyone in the schedule with any names close to that. Trust me if we did we would call and try to figure out what went wrong. Another thing that is pretty funny is there is no shop named "Lowell Car Audio". Also to top things off about a week after these reviews where posted we get a call from a random company telling us they can remove negative reveiws and ratings. That is interesting because maybe i should post bogus reviews under made up names and sell my services to companies and just delete the reviews once i get paid. We have been in business for over 14 years at this location and stand behind all of our work 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Don't be fooled by some marketing scam. Stop by the shop and see what we are truely about........ Great products, excellent knowledge, and fair pricing. But most of all we put the customer first!!!!!!!

disappointed with the service here, they promised to take care of all issues. but i happened to have a speaker burnout a week after getting a system installed and they just ignored all my phone calls. i wish I had checked around, other ppl have been burned too.

I'd have to agree they bad work job splicing wires, on my car they they twisted them together which is a big time no no. It is a huge fire hazard. I ended up having to take it else where after my dash started smoking.



stay far away from these guys if you like ur car.

High prices and rude employees, I'd had a much better experience at Lowell Car Audio.

I own a 2002 Toyota, and when the radio stopped working I could not afford to buy a new radio or have this radio repair, but Matthew at audio works help with a wonderful suggestion for a radio CD with hook ups for my mp3 I love is work , his prices are phenomenal, did not brake the bank or my pockets, the tune is unbelievable. better than the boring original radio. 10 times over.

I well recommend the audio works to anyone who known music, that this is the place, Thank you Matt.
