The previous review said it all,, the management and board of directors are nothing but a bunch of glorified babysitters. This is supposed to be a nonprofit org. and this could not be farther from the truth. The sad truth is, if they would actually TAKE CARE of their teachers this would be a fantastic program.

Just another glorified day care. The "teachers" are great with the kids; but the management and directors are nothing but a bunch of glorified power tripping snobs;as a parent, I've witnessed how they treat employees and it is not pretty. Sadly, I don't have many options in this small town, so I can't say too much for fear they would take it out on my child. If there was ever a need for unionization these employees would benefit. Lousy pay, lousy hours and even lousier treatment by the directors and the management. NOT a good place to work.
