Don't even bother to complain at a local or corporate level about this store! They don't care about their store or customer service! I have given the Terre Haute store multiple opportunities to change my mind about them, but it always ends up the same. They are terrible! They won't assist you with loading big purchases (unless it physically needs a fork lift), they won't offer find additional information about a product in their store or their online store, employees are always hiding and not willing to help find a product regardless if you have a product name or product number. But my least favorite thing about this store is calling them. DON'T EVEN BOTHER DIALING! The average hold time is 10-15 minutes without checking in or explaining the long hold time. This would typically be okay during busy buisiness hours but at 8a-10a on weekdays, I doubt the store is packed! I typically give up on the phone after 20 minutes. If you can go to any of the other Rural King locations, I HIGHLY recommend that youdo so. If not go to the Terre Haute Tractor Supply Company store; granted they don't have as big of a selection but they are willing to help or get anything you need!

This store has the largest variety of mechandise than any other store in the area.
Appliances, automotive, boots, clothing, farm equipment, fishing gear, flashlights, hand tools, hardware, jackets, landscaping to outdoor supply. A definite one-stop shopping experience.
The service here is excellant.
