VERY BAD Customer Service I have bought tools from HF for several years all because of the very good customer service. After all I can put up with some cheap subpar tools if the customer service is really good. Harbor Freight NOW does not accept tool returns of NEW UNUSED tools after 90 days. This means I can no longer buy tools for a project based on anticipated need and return them if unused when the project is over. OH, yes they will ONLY if you bought the EXTENDED warranty. REALLY? Buy an extended warranty just to have the right to return NEW UNUSED tools? This company has lost their minds. I will gladly pay more money for better tools AND better customer service. Unfortunately HF did away with the MAIN reason I did business with them.
