After multiple phone calls and leaving message after message in an attempt to return 504 of their returnable boxes I gave up. No one ever answered their phone at any point during a normal business day and no one ever returned my call. I suppose the cute little animated box that says "fold me down flat and send be back!!! Please do not crush bale or bundle" was printed on the side of this particular box for entertainment purposes only.
