Very unprofessional. Wasted our time taking daughter out of school for service and exam for braces when doctor had already determined that he was not going to provide the service prior to the appointment. Poor doctor to patient relations and communications.

Please be aware that if you go for a consultation with this dentist he will surely up the $35 fee with an xray.. When questioned about this fee of $75 additional the receptionist responded with "Um well noone has ever questioned this before" Yikes! Well needless to say after not getting an answer to my questions the Dr. became very agitated that I was questioning it and then stopped services on my other daughter with whom he was treating with an appliance, even though her services had not been rendered fully. That is not the icing on the cake though.. Even though I did my part and paid him in full for his services he took my daughters retainer and refused to give it back... I am now taking him to court and have reported him to the bbb.. Please take my warning and do not use this so called orthodontist.. Oh and who in the world would do that to a child? He also has a photo of 2 young girls without shirts on as decor in his office.... Sick!
