Have know this owner and these workers for most of my adult life, 55 yrs old. Know them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices for work done.

I have been going to Kerry at TP auto for years. My father goes there, my mother goes there, and now my girlfriend goes there. In fact, I know every person that works there personally and by name. So naturally, I cannot allow other reviewers to badmouth Kerry's business with absurd accusations. I cannot even begin to count the times Brad, Kerry, Bill, or anyone has helped me out for free. No Joke, I spoke with Kerry today for advice and was treated like royalty. Terrace Park is a tight-knit community and does not allow businesses to invade the town. However, TP Auto has routinely proven their dependability and trust within the community. My only concern is that these guys are so nice that I do not know how they stay afloat in this economy.

the last two times I took y car to them it leaked anti-freeze all over there parking lot. never dripped in my driveway. i'm convinced these guys break your parts so they can charge you to fix them. a starter costs $10 but its a $110 dollar job? watch out. they will overcharge ignorant people
