I have been there several times. I enjoyed the experience for a while. The margaritas are great but, the food is really suffering. I ordered the combo burette and relent. Got two poorly stuffed tortillas with beans and that is it. No poplin at all. Tonight I ordered the Vegetarian bruit and got a tortilla with rice. No vegas and no beans and rice even though the waitress assured me there were beans and rice like the menu said. I am not ordering any food from there again. It is way too much like their crappy Jupiter location. am sorry the season has caused this but, I spent 38.00 plus and had a very bad meal. I can find a better dining experience at Taco Bell. I am going to talk to the MOD and see what happens. Too bad it was a local favorite. But, if season corrupts I am not eating there again.

Unsatisfactory Experience

A group of us frequent the restaurant in Tequesta, at least, 12 times annually and aggregately spend well over $1,000.00. We had a rather unpleasant experience with the manager on 2/8/11. After ordering our meals, two members of the group noted there was very little sour cream with the fajita orders. When we requested more they quickly brought it out. The waiter service was very good and so was the food. When we received our bill, there was an additional charge of $3.00. There was no proir notice given of the extra charge. When I questioned the manager, he said that's the way it was. We told him that we were year round residents and would not return if he was going to ":nickel and dime" us. He had a attitude problem and said that not coming back was our choice. It was not the $3.00 because we would have added it to the tip. As a result, the restaurant lost a number of customers. The manager won the battle, but loss the war.

If ur looking for a fun night out w/friends or just a casual night for two, this is the best Mexican Restaurant in town. Food is always hot and consistent, drinks are plentiful, ambience delightful and very authentic.

A local favorite of mine - Good Mexican Food, Great Fajitas

Be careful with the Margaritas. They are large. They are good. They are deadly
