I left my machine with them for repair and was told it would be 5 weeks. After 2 months, I called to check on it and was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I went and picked up my machine without it haven't even been looked at.

Purchased my first machine here about 6 months ago and am so happy I did. The store offers so many classes every month for everyone, no matter what your sewing experience level may be.
