Aaron's Autos has recently made staffing changes and is under now under new management. We have been in business for 8 years, and during those years, have helped thousands of customers with their vehicle needs. We understand not every deal is perfect, and that sometimes, the only comments we receive are negative. I bought a car from Aarron's and thought everything was great, come to find out hat the car I bought didnt even belong to them, they didnt have the title, the car had been totaled, and they didnt even bother to mention it. When I brought this up to Dana, his response was bring me another 2000.00 and Ill give you a new car, I refused to do so and eventually they give me a different car. The car they give me had a recall on it and they wanted to charge me 9000.00 for a 3500.00 car. They will change your paperwork after you sign it to better themselves. I have already taken the steps to have this dealership shut down and their permits pulled. Save yourself the headache buy some where else.

When looking for a car on a limited budget and with imperfect credit, we were suggested to go to Aaron's Auto in Temple. We were told to talk to Dana and he would take care of us. Here's how we were "taken care of":When first looking at all of the cars, they were all damaged or missing things that came stock. When asking about them, we were told that we could replace them at pick and pull and they didn't intend to fix them. In one case, they didn't even know what was wrong with it.Being smart buyers, we checked out the blue book values of these cars. They were all selling at well above their suggested retail, and that was assuming excellent condition, which none of them were even close to. Negotiating the price was met with sarcastic comments and mean attitude. Finally, the manager told us he wouldn't sell to us because we wanted to negotiate and found his pricing too steep.In short, if you like overpriced vehicles in poor condition, have fun. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Not sure what these another people are talking about, but I found my experience great and would recommend them to anyone. Friendly people all of them. They are all basicly mechanics that happen to sale cars so they will not be all dressy of course.I went looking for a good truck to toy with. Found one I liked, only major problem was the wiring, had to head lights or tail lights. - but they fixed it no cost to me before they let me drive off with it, and before i gave them the money. I can't think of anyone who would have done that on their dime.

I'm dealing with aarons auto sale in Waco and the are all good Guys here. The are helpfull with everything and I dont belive what others say about them.I been dealing with the Owner here and I think everyone in Temple are just as nice as everyone is here in Waco.Elfriede

I dont know who yall talk to but me, it was a great enviroment an nice sales person so that is amazing

this is a bunch of dope smoking losers. we went to look at cars and every employee there was high as a kite. The car had to be jumped off because it would not start. service engine was on it barely even ran. the car salesman came over and smelled like he had just smoked a joint and could care less. this car lot needs to be checked for drugs and something needs to be done about the condition of the cars the sell i can not believe the even pass inspection.

this car lot is a joke the cars here are junk. they have been wrecked or have some kind of damage the sales man is a pot head he offered me a joint while we were standing on the lot. the guys smell like the need to take a bath and look like they can not afford clothes i would not ever by a car from these guys might drive away and walk back

beware they will sell u a car that has flood damage and been wrecked and never tell u

Dana helped me find the perfect truck for the perfect price. Financing was easy and I drove off in my new Chevy the next day.
