There was an incident this past weekend, which involved damage done to my vehicle and the Wash Wizards equipment. I talked directly to the owner, he never admitted fault, even though I had done nothing but follow the rules and their specific directions. He complained about his equipment only and never once showed concern to mine. He offered me my money back, $10! like that would solve the $100s of dollars of damage to my classic truck. That was like a slap in the face. I was so upset at his unprofessional, and inconsiderate attitude, that I left. Set the money and damage aside, he treated me very badly.
