I would like to say something positive (it exists?), but I can't call for times open; I don't know when I can go there; I AM DISABLED.



I have a lot of time on my hands- perhaps a letter to the "Americans with Disabilities Act", RE: a FEDERAL BUILDING THAT DOES NOT ADVISE CUSTOMERS OF it's phone number or times of business- and then a quick phone call to the Media- "On a personal note tonight...."
