Provided by SuperpagesBad customer service.My aunt and I were trying to help my younger cousin choose a backpack. When we were ready a young man working at the cash register completely just walked away from us. One of the employees who was also by the cash register helped us bring down the backpack. She asked the young man to come back so he could ring us up and he was refusing. She kept telling him to go back to the cash register and finally rung us up. It was very awkward and very disrespectful.
