Established in 1972, Tempe Camera Repair Inc. is one of the largest photographic shops in Arizona. It is a one-stop imaging store with its sales department offering both, new and used equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, supplies and darkroom gear. The company's products include cameras, lenses and filters, digital cameras, flashes and accessories, among others. Its rental center offers a full range of lenses, digital and film cameras and computer projectors for Power Point presentations, as well as lighting and grip equipment for professional photographers.

Horrible customer service

In the east valley, if you want a 'real' camera shop there is only one place to go, Tempe Camera.The problem is, they seem to know this, and they treat their customers accordingly. The folks downstairs in the Rental/Repair area are LITERALLY the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered as a store. I asked the bald headed fellow, sorry I dont remember your name, if he had a listing of what rentals they had and this was his reply."Yep, online."I said; "So you want me to leave your store, go home and get on my computer and look it up instead of you just telling me or giving me a piece of paper that shows the list?"He had no reply.Upstairs they are no better. Their price in store did not match their online listing and the rep blamed it on Canon and said they had raised prices on the lenses and TEMPE CAMERA hadn't gotten around to updating their website, but they would still not honor their advertised price.I will never go back I will happily buy my camera stuff online.

These guys are true craftsmen. My experience with this establishment has been a delight! I would recommend Tempe Camera Repair enthusiastically.
