Initially, this service got my application fee waived and helped me find the right college for what I wanted. Then as I tried to get funding ideas, they never called. Three years later, I have my PhD and they called again to help with loan forgiveness and other things. Three appointments were scheduled and missed by the representative that was supposed to contact me (Rosetta and Andrea). No call, no email... just 'no show.' THREE times! Not good.
