We read all the great reviews on the home page and were excited for great customer service. When we got there, the receptionist paged Jason and called hertz for a pick up.

Then we waited. And waited. !5 minutes later as Hertz was walking through the door, Jason gets up from his desk, (which you can see from the lobby) and comes out to greet us. He asks us where the damage is and we point to the car and explain that the accident blew out both tires on the driver side.

About 2 mintues later he comes back and says he'll have an estimate for us. When we got the estimate, it didn't include all of the damage. My husband asked him why not and he said we only pointed to the rocker panel as damaged. We never left the lobby...

My husband took the paperwork authorizing the repair and walked out. Had he simply walked to the front of our vehicle, he would have seen the damamge to the front bumper (impact point), the fender, the rocker panel, the undercarrage, the wheels, and the rear bumper. We even explained to him that it blew out both tires prior to the repair.

We choose to find a repair facility with a little more attention to detail to fix our BMW.
