Today I needed the services of SaveMoneyTowing again. I've used them before and had a Great experience. Dean was on time and again didn't over charge me. I also showed him the business card that I received the last time and got 10.00 off. Thank you again for coming to the rescue.

I was quoted $65 for the tow and they took my credit card information. After they towed the car they raised the price to $71 for the "credit card fee." I asked why they raised the price we agreed on and they said they "always charge that fee." But, I could save that money if I paid in cash. I tried to find that much in cash, but they said if I took too long they would raise the price either way. Why didn't they tell me beforehand? I would have either 1) got the cash ready, or 2) gone with someone else. But by waiting until they delivered the vehicle they put me under pressure to pay their fee. This is not the way to do business. The guy offered to lower the price to $69, but that was still more than we had agreed. What makes this worse is that I had shopped around to get the best deal and these guys had told me confidently (and more than once) that the price would be $65. Shameful.

On Valentine's day, Our car broke down in South Phoenix while we were picking up my fiancées kids. We are not from the area, so I googled "tow truck" and started calling nearby wreckers. After attempting to call at least 3 other companies, I finally got Richard on the phone. He gave me a price to tow our car ALL THE WAY back to Glendale and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. He showed up, just like he said, and towed us home. He is a really nice guy. The price he gave, is the price we paid. He even offered to look at the problem with the car to see if he could locate the source of the issue. I would definitely call him again if I was in need of a tow truck.
