First off I am the proud owner of a beautiful Golden Knee Chaco Tarantula that I purchased from this store as a juvenile. I have owned her for one year and buy everything I need at Reptile Mogul. There is a gentleman in a wheel chair who works there every time I come in and is an expert in the care of tarantulas. He's helped me pick out a new cage and supplies with each new growth of my Chaco and is very knowledgeable about everything else in the store as well. They are all always helpful and I will continue to choose here for all my reptile/invertebrate needs!

Do not buy from this company. They have an online store front and list items for sale but do not stock them. They will charge you but never send the item. When you request a refund they will tell you that you where never charged. Do not walk, but run from this company.

We have been going to this store since the day it has opened because it was new and we were not happy with other stores. We were so impressed by the owners care and knowledge on his reptiles that we vowed to drive 15 miles out of our way past three other reptile stores to do bussiness with the owner Jared every week. We have had many reptiles for several years and have not been impresed with the competing stores customer services or knowledge. Jared has the answers, and if you catch him with a question he can't answer he will find the answer with in minutes for you. His heart is completely devoted to his bussiness and keeping the customer happy and coming back. We have seen all the other stores and have purposley chosen not to do bussiness anywhere else for over a year now. If you are considering getting into the reptile hobby or are already a herper then you should really check out Reptiles and Reefs. We highly reccomend it.
