Not the best experience

I did not have a great experience with this company. Here are the reasons:

-I had a very difficult time communicating with the company.

-E-mails and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner.

The team was 55 minutes late to my SURPRISE event. They did not call until 45 minutes AFTER their scheduled arrival time, when I was really close to simply ordering pizza.

The person who set up our food told us that he did not know it was a surprise party, a fact I had emphasized several times. Additionally, our contract stated you would serve appetizers at 6, and the truck did not even ARRIVE until 6.

My family had to help the team set up. You did not send enough people, and so we ended up doing a great deal of the set up, which kind of defeats the purpose of a caterer.

With the exception of the pork and potatoes, every item of food was straight from Costco. Now, while I understand that many caterers probably do this, I have several exceptions to it.

-If you are going to bring food to my party from Costco, at least take it out of the tray. Why am I paying you 3$ A PERSON for a veggie tray that costs 15$ if all you are doing is opening it? I could do that without all the stress I went through working with your company.



Needless to say, I was very unhappy. Basically, I paid over 2500$ for a pig. Not really the greatest investment I have ever made.
