Move over Mr. Earnhardt there is a new kid in town! When it comes to Munoz Law, there is no B.S. Bad things happen to good people and proper representation is a hot commodity in modern society. I came to Mr. Munoz with a felony DUI charge. The charge was completely unconstitutional and the odds were against me in every judicial way. I was frantically stressed out about the situation but Mike calmly broke down the process to me in simple terms. He emphasized the importance that all citizens have rights under our constitution. There was no sugar coating the repercussions of my actions. There were two options, “time in prison or dismissal.” His enthusiasm and positive reinforcement gave me faith when all hope was lost. Mike is a true inspiration and I would recommend him to anyone. I know if I ever get in any legal trouble – I have Mike on speed dial.

He is definitely worth every penny!!! I was arrest for a dui in December and I though it was over for me and I was going to be deported but a friend of mine referred me to him and I'm so thankful that he did, he was able to get my dui dropped to only reckless driving, and I didn't even do any jail time! I received an extreme DUI and after going to the first attorney that I spoke to, I did Nig have any confidence in beating my first DUI that I got only because I admitted to drinking. ( something that you never do).

I scheduled a consultation and met both Anna and Mr.Munoz first off I was very impressed how down to earth and caring both of them were upon first coming into the office and how they continued to treat me with my questions and concerns.

Coming in I was so nervous, overwhelmed, and scared regarding my first DUI. Mr. Munoz took his time and explained the entire process to me, which also included the MVD and alcohol classes that he encouraged me to enroll and finish those classes and I did!

Mr. Munoz was really patient and worked very hard and diligently on my case. I was in tears and completely floored when he called me with the greatest news ever!!!

Mr. Munoz got my extreme dui down to wreckless driving with no jail time, interlock in my car or nothing and in court he also fought for my fine to be reduced and no more alcohol classes and yes, yes, he prevailed honorably!!!!!!

Michael Munoz is the best DUI Attorney out there. Going into my DUI had no clue what to expect and to be honest I was terrified about the effect it would have on my life and my job.
